It's Marlborough Library's Last Day At Walker Building With New Library Almost Done
Library patrons will have until the end of the day on Friday to conduct library business before the Walker Building location closes.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — The Marlborough Public Library is closing in preparation for an opening.
The temporary library location at the downtown Walker Building will close at the end of the day Friday as the library prepares to open in the renovated and expanded library a block away at 35 West Main St.
The library moved to the Walker Building in April 2021 ahead of groundbreaking on the new library building. The more than $24 million renovation of the historic West Main Street building has been underway since September 2021, and is close to being done — although the official opening date has not been cemented.
