Marlborough Man Arrested After Teen's Killing At Northborough Party
Three men were arraigned Monday on weapons charges, with no charges yet directly related to the 16-year-old's death.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — A Marlborough man is among three people charged in the weekend shooting death of a 16-year-old at a house party in Northborough.
Arnoldo Nogueira Filho, 19, of Marlborough, Pedro Desouza-Passos, 27, of Rockland, and Wallisom Texeira Da Silva, 20, of Hyde Park were arraigned Monday at Westborough District Court on weapons possession charges. None of them have been charged in the teen's killing.
According to the Worcester County DA's office, police went to the Howard Street home early Sunday morning after a partygoer flagged an officer down. Shooting broke out before police arrived, leaving the 16-year-old dead and another person with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

The three men were arrested by Southborough police while driving away from the party. A 21-year-old woman in the vehicle was the one whose birthday was being celebrated at the Northborough home.
