Marlborough Man Sentenced To 5 Years For Child Pornography
He was posting and recieving child sex abuse materials on a social media platform, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Massachusetts.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — A Marlborough man has been sentenced to federal prison for possessing and distributing child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Massachusetts.
Larry Stephen was sentenced to five years in prison, followed by five years of supervised release. The 46-year-old pleaded guilty to one count each of distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography in April.
A search of his cell phone showed that he repeatedly posted images and videos depicting child pornography on a social media platform, according to USAO.

Stephen was also ordered to pay $13,000 in restitution.
