Marlborough Police Host Bike Safety Event For Kids

It's for students in kindergarten through fifth grade.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Police in Marlborough are hosting a fun community event for children.

State police and the Marlborough Police Department announced a Bike Rodeo for Kids. The event, for kids in kindergarten through fifth grade, will teach bike safety, helmet fitting, road rules and more.

The event is on Oct. 4 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Kane School, located at 520 Farm Rd. Parents must stay with their child.

"Bring your bike and helmet and join the fun!!," wrote the Marlborough Police Department on its invitation.
