Marlborough Police Seek Pair In Theft Spree That Began In City

A car stolen Tuesday night in Marlborough led to a credit card theft and fraud, police said.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Marlborough police are looking for two men accused of a series of thefts that began in a local neighborhood.

According to police, the two men stole a car Tuesday night along Gano Road north of the downtown area. The car was found Wednesday ditched in Worcester.

The two men found a credit card in the car and used it at the Target store in the Shoppes At Blackstone Valley off Route 146 in Millbury after stealing the car, police said.

Marlborough police asked anyone with tips to contact the department and reference case number 23-2664-OF, police said in a social media post.
