May 13—15: 14-Year-Old Charged with Assault, Other Arrests

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Friday, May 13 through Sunday, May 15, 2011. All arrests are reported.

Friday:

2:53 a.m.: An act of larceny is investigated at , 431 Bolton St. 

7:02 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop in the area of 402 Elm St.

7:33 a.m.: After responding to a domestic disturbance at the Elm Ridge Condominiums, 479 Northboro Rd. W., police arrest a 14-year-old juvenile for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

10:39 a.m.: An act of vandalism is reported at 261 West Main St.

11:07 a.m.: Officers take a sex offender registration at , 355 Bolton St.

7:30 p.m.: Harassment is reported at , 431 Bolton St.

10:56 p.m.: Pamela J. Delalla, 56, of 61 Drummer Rd., Acton, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop at Concord Rd. and Sudbury St. and charged with third offense OUI liquor, marked lanes violations, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

 

Saturday:

12:10 a.m.: A report is filed concerning a disturbance at 202 Hosmer St. 

9:00 a.m.: An officer injury report is filed at , 355 Bolton St.

9:27 a.m.: Services are rendered when police investigate a missing person at 3 Crestwood Ln. 

4:56 p.m.: During an ambulance assist at a residence, 65 Newton St., Michael T. Fitzgerald, 34, of the same address Apt. 5, is put under protective custody and charged with assault and resisting arrest.

9:42 p.m.: A citation/warning is issued in a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Hudson and Mechanic streets. 

10:47 p.m.: Threats towards and individual are reported in the area of Midland and Greenwood streets. 

11:23 p.m.: After responding to a disturbance, police arrest Mark A. Rossi, 54, of 181 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. 80, on assault and battery charges. 

 

Sunday:

12:01 a.m.: A past breaking and entering is reported at , 25 Stevens St. 

1:15 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle is reported in the area of Lizotte Dr., and police services are rendered when they investigate.

9:14 a.m.: Property damage is reported in a motor vehicle accident in the area of 278 Mechanic St.

9:34 a.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering is reported at the RK Executive Centre, 201 Boston Post Rd. W.

2:47 p.m.: Shoplifting is reported to police at the , 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. 

4:09 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with injuries reported at a residence, 75 West Main. St.

4:29 p.m.: Sex offenses are reported at a residence, 72 Glen St.

6:26 p.m.: Stacey Lynne Madden, 43, of 82 Prospect St. Apt. 2, is arrested during a disturbance call for assault and battery. 

6:31 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Maple and Bridge streets, James A. Calihan, 29, of 68 Lincoln St. Apt. 1, is arrested and charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. 

8:15 p.m.: Officers investigate the report of an assault in the area of Lincoln and Broad streets. 

10:50 p.m.: Lance S. Perkins, 39, of 101 Baine Rd., Marlow, NH, is arrested after police respond to a disturbance call at the , 181 Boston Post Rd. W., and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
