Police Log: Arrests for Impeding Investigation, Drug Offenses

The following information is provided by the Marlborough Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Nov. 19

1:03 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at the McDonald Hotel on Main Street. Police arrested Jason A. Mosley, 21, of 276 Main St., Apt. 40, Marlborough, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

10:18 a.m.: Police responded to a Main Street address and arrested Martin J. Garro, 24, of 23B Marian, Marlborough, on a warrant.

11:57 a.m.: A breaking-and-entering into a car was reported on Tremont Street.

12:57 p.m.: Police investigated a report of drug activity at Ridgewood Condominiums on Bolton Street. Police arrested Matthew C. Gottwald, 19, of 2307 Windsor Ridge Dr., Westborough, on charges of possession to distribute a Class D drug, conspiracy to violate the drug laws, and possession to distribute a Class C drug.

3:30 p.m.: Threats were reported at the Whitcomb School.

5:03 p.m.: A theft was reported at Marlborough Hospital.

5:49 p.m.: Vandalism was reported at an apartment on Winthrop Street.

11:43 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a home on Cullinane Drive.

Wednesday, Nov. 20

12:35 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported on Pleasant at Spring streets.

3:02 p.m.: A breaking-and-entering into a car was reported on Cook Lane.

3:46 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported at Best Buy on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

3:46 p.m.: Harassment was reported on Winthrop Street.

3:48 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a home on Prospect Street.

4:10 p.m.: A theft was reported at the Solomon Pond Mall.

4:38 p.m.: A past burglary was reported at an apartment building on West Main Street.

5:15 p.m.: A theft was reported at the Meadows at Marlborough on Broadmeadow Road.

5:38 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Symphony Road.

6:23 p.m: A disturbance was reported at the Marlborough Public Library. Police arrested Roger A. Henderson III, 23, of 53 Clearview Dr., Marlborough, on charges of intimidating a witness and impeding an investigation.

Thursday, Nov. 21

2:46 a.m: Suspicious activity was reported on Beach Street.

3:27 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Avalon Orchards on Avalon Drive.
