Police Log: Assault Arrests, Unattended Death and a Rabid Fox
The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Friday, April 13:
11:12 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash in the area of Chipotle Grill, 237 Boston Post Rd. W.
11:27 a.m.: An act of larceny was reported at 57 Wagon Hill Rd.

12:45 p.m.: Police assisted in an ambulance call at , 45 Williams St.
2:00 p.m.: Scanner traffic indicated that someone reported a rabid fox in the vicinity of Crowley Drive and the Regency at Assabet Ridge (an active adult community). No police report was filed, and there were no further radio reports to indicate that a sick animal was discovered.

2:54 p.m.: A criminal complaint was filed during a motor vehicle stop in front of Auto Maxx Pre-owned Cars, 400 Maple St.
4:47 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Bigelow Street and Berlin Road, Justin Daniel Uhlman, 21, of 69 Flagg Rd., Southborough, was arrested and charged with speeding and possession of a Class D drug.
8:52 p.m.: There was reportedly a 209A (proximity order) violation at 26 Calder St.
Saturday, April 14:
6:45 a.m.: Police investigated an unattended death at a residence, 23 High St.
9:29 a.m.: There was a report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at Workscape Inc., 123 Felton St.
11:24 a.m.: Services were rendered when police investigated a domestic disturbance at 195 West Main St.
12:02 p.m.: Jaryn Jeffrey Platt, 22, of 17 Charles St., Apt. 1, was arrested after police responded to a disturbance at 197 Boston Post Rd. W. He was charged with disturbing the peace, assault and battery and carrying a dangerous weapon.
8:12 p.m.: An arrest was made after police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 2 Pleasant Pl.
8:37 p.m.: After responding to a domestic disturbance at the Heights at Marlborough apartments, officers arrest Jovanny Marroquin-Torres, 19, of 33 Briarwood Ln., Apt. 8, and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault and battery, impeding an investigation through witness intimidation and vandalizing property.
11:13 p.m.: Alfred E. Lepera, 59, of 10 Pembroke St., Newton, was arrested during a disturbance at the Lazy Dog, 31 Main St., and charged with assault and battery.
Sunday, April 15:
1:20 a.m.: Services were rendered when police investigated suspicious activity in the vicinity of the Holiday Inn, 265 Lakeside Ave.
4:36 a.m.: An assault was investigated at 33 Rice St.
12:17 p.m.: Anthony C. Nelson, 53, of 169 Lincoln St., Apt. 1., was arrested at the same address after police responded to a disturbance. He was charged with assault and battery.
5:10 p.m.: While serving a warrant at the Modern Guest House, police arrested Christine M. Gore, 40, of 8 Cotting Ave, Apt. 23.
5:45 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop on 495 northbound, officers arrested Marco A. Abreu, 24, of 320 DiCenzo Blvd., on suspicion of driving with a suspended/revoked license.
6:03 p.m.: During a disturbance at 1 Pleasant Pl., Dana E. Kneeland, 57, of 1 Pleasant Pl., Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Monday, April 16:
1:34 a.m.: An assault was reported at 204 Bolton St., Apt. 1.
9:06 a.m.: A reported act of vandalism was investigated at , 222 East Main St.
6:08 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the area of , 605 Boston Post Rd. E.
10:47 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of the , 355 Bolton St., officers arrested Nattan Brano Povoas, 18, of 80 Broad St., Apt. 1, Hudson, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle in violation of license class and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
