Police Log: Disturbances, Assault and Battery Arrests

Monday, Nov. 11

12:14 a.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at Wynwood Condominiums. Police arrested Rogerio Luiz DaSilva, 35, of 249 Boston Post Road East, Apt. 12, Marlborough, on charges of assault and assault with a dangerous weapon.

4:19 a.m: A disturbance was reported at the Holiday Inn on Lakeside Avenue.

5:25 a.m.: A theft was reported at a home on Preston Street.

9:55 a.m.: A theft was reported at the Prospector East Saloon.

10:12 a.m.: Vandalism was reported on Northboro Road Central.

10:34 a.m.: Shoplifting was reported at Target on Boston Post Road East.

2:55 p.m.: Vandalism was reported at Scrub a Dub Auto Wash on Maple Street.

6:16 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported at Capital Liquors.

Tuesday, Nov. 12


9:47 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Marlboro Market on East Main Street.

1:48 p.m.: A theft was reported on Clover Hill Street.

2:34 p.m.: Threats were reported at a home on Frye Street.

3:04 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Main Street.

4:18 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported at Target on Donald Lynch Boulevard.

7:26 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Firefly's on East Main Street.

Wednesday, Nov. 13

2:23 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at a home on Chestnut Street. Police responded and arrested Richard F. Ferrera, 49, of 194 Chestnut St., Apt. 2F, Marlborough, on two counts of assault and battery and one count of threatening to commit a crime.

8:03 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported at Marlborough High School.

3:12 a.m.: A theft was reported at Lakeside Gulf on Lakeside Drive.

4:42 p.m.: A fraud or a forgery was reported at a home on Shawmut Avenue.

6:17 p.m.: A theft was reported on Mechanic Street at BB Properties.

6:23 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported at Sears on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

9:24 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on East Main Street. Police arrested Angel Rivera, 26, a homeless individual, on charges of assault and battery and possession of a Class B drug, subsequent offense.
