Sex Offender, Cocaine, Guns: Marlborough Grand Jury Indictments
Three Marlborough-related cases was announced by the Middlesex DA.
MARLBOROUGH, MA–Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Tuesday the grand jury indictments handed down between Nov. 21, 2017, and Jan. 17, 2018
Three Marlborough-related cases were included.
All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Shyimel Brown, 19, of Marlborough, was charged with carrying a loaded firearm, carrying a firearm, improper storage of a large capacity feeding device, and possession of a large capacity feeding device. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.
Carlos Baez-Ortiz, 48, of Marlborough, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Mary F.P. O’Neill.

Andrew Rossetti, 30, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender (2 counts), subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Mary F.P. O’Neill.
