Element 119 has been together since the fall of 2011. We came together to serve the needs of people wanting nostalgic, hard rock n roll done up right! We play all the great songs everyone remembers from the 70s & 80s right up to now.
Where are you from and why the trek up to Marlborough?
We are sort of from all over. I am from Norton, our singer, Morgan Lee is from Brockton, Daniel & Steven are from Holliston. Strangely, we call Holliston our base, however our core fans hail from the South Shore & Brocton areas.
What kind of music do you play?
We play hard rock & metal. We play everything from Stone Temple Pilots to Led Zep, Pat Benatar, Lady GaGa, Rage Against the Machine, Metallica, and everything in between.
What can people expect from the show?
People can expect a good old fashioned Hard Rock Dance Party!
What do you try to bring to your performances?
We bring a very high energy performance. We are very heavily invested in equipment, sound & lights. We simply do more than most bands.
The thing I hated most growing up was paying to see a band and watching them get up on stage and stand in one spot and stare at their shoes. We have invested thousands and thousands of dollars in lights, sound gear, wireless systems and more to try and emulate the concert experience and give people a huge bang for their hard earned buck.
Our shows feature our audience. More and more we are trying to get them involved through singing and dancing. Lately, we have been taking a lot of pictures with them & featuring them on our site. In between sets, we really try to interact with the people who come to see us. Its all about them and making sure they have a good time and go home and tell their friends about us!
