Wednesday, Jan. 24

9:37 p.m.: Thiago Alves, 32, Boston Post Road East, Marlborough, was arrested and charged on a warrant

12:56 p.m.: Harassment report, Victorian Guest House

8:26 p.m.: Harassment report, 10 Mildon Ave.

10:50 p.m.: Larceny, Royal Crest Apartments

Thursday, Jan. 25

6 a.m.: Larceny, 169B Broadmeadow Road

10 p.m.: Assault, 184 Mechanic St.

Friday, Jan. 26

2:10 a.m.: Police respond to suspicious activity, Marshalls Department Store. Daniel F. Roberge, 54, homeless, Framingham, was arrested and charged on a warrant

2:46 a.m.: Suspicious activity at the Heights at Marlborough Apartments. A juvenile, 17, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering into a vehicle/boat at nighttime, assault and battery on a police officer (two counts). Juvenile arrest, 16, breaking and entering into a vehicle or boat at nighttime.
