Woman Allegedly Punched, Kicked Woman At Joy Asia: Assault Charge
The reportedly drunk and belligerent woman punched a woman in the face and kicked her in the leg when she was asked to leave, said police.
MARLBOROUGH, MA—A Hudson woman is facing several charges after allegedly punching and kicking a senior multiple times at an Asian restaurant in Marlborough.
Around 9:07 p.m. on Oct. 20, a woman called police to Joy Asia restaurant, where she said she had just been punched and kicked in the legs repeatedly by Lori Viera, 51. Viera, reportedly drunk and belligerent, had struck the 62-year-old woman, who held in ice-pack to her face when police got there.
According to police, Viera had been asked to leave by the victim, which evolved into a fight that spilled into the restaurant's parking lot. Viera continued to yell and cause a scene when police got there, at which point she was arrested.

Lori A. Viera, 51, Brigham Ave., Hudson was arrested and charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a disabled person or person 60 or older, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a boot).
