Martha's Vineyard Has a New Legislative Liaison
Kaylea Moore replaces Nell Coogan as the island's liaison to the State House.

Kaylea Moore of West Tisbury was recently appointed Martha's Vineyard's new Legislative Liaison to the State House by Cape and Island's State Rep. Timothy Madden.
Moore replaces Nell Coogan, who has held the position since Rep. Madden took office.
Coogan has accepted the Director of Development and Community Relations position at Martha’s Vineyard Community Services.

“While we are sad to see Nell go, we are also excited that she is moving on to a great human services organization that will benefit greatly from her experience, education, and abilities, not to mention her love for this island and its people,” said Madden in a press release.
“At the same time, we are very excited about Ms. Kaylea Moore who, like Nell, grew up on the island and is very invested in the community already. Kaylea will be a great compliment to our office and we look forward to working with her as she continues to build relationships with Island officials and local agencies, as well as advocating for and giving a voice to our constituents on the Island and in Boston.
