Nathalie Woodruff of Oak Bluffs took this photo yesterday at Big Bridge, located on the beach road between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown.

"This has been  a well-known activity for years here," said Nathalie. "The bridge is over a channel that connects Sengekontacket Pond and Nantucket Sound.  The bridge was recently rebuilt and these signs were erected. No one pays any attention to them."
