Sold in Edgartown: 7 Bedrooms, $4.3 Million
The 2011 home on School Street was previously offered at $4.5 million, according to real estate websites.
A Milton couple are the new owners of a 2011 home in Edgartown, according to Dukes County land records.
Peter and Catherine Malone bought 65 School Street June 28 from the 65 School Street LLC.
Designed by Island architect Patrick Athearn, the home has seven bedrooms, seven full and one partial bath, a swimming pool and a pool house, and was previously offered at $4.5 million, according to real estate websites.
