Third Annual Friends and Family Night in Tisbury Tonight

Local businesses in Vineyard Haven will celebrate the holiday season tonight with the Tisbury Business Association’s Third Annual Friends and Family Night.  Stores will be keeping doors open late and offering sales and specials. Santa will visit, the Minnesingers will sing and you can take a sleigh ride through town.

The Fourway Carriage House will host the Island’s largest Christmas tree on display. At 19 feet tall with more than 3,000 lights, it is sure to be a sight to see.  To get to the Carriage House go up Main street from downtown, turn left at and follow the path of luminaries to 95 Franklin Street.

At , they will be offering discounts of 20% on all merchandise.  And Art Gallery is offering 10-20% off selected art. will have a soup tasting and there will be eggnog, cider and food at participating retailers and restaurants.

Kathleen Byrnes at said that, “CB Stark will be offering 20% off one full-price, in stock item when you bring in a child's new toy or clothing item for a donation to The Boys and Girls Club of MV or the Red Stocking Fund.”

Over at the , owner Jane Chandler said, “I just got some great new chocolates in from Fairhaven that I’ll be sampling.” Finally, show that you've made a purchase in Vineyard Haven and get 10% of your meal.
