Join the Friends of Myles Standish State Forest for a starry night adventure. We will be learning about the night sky with local astronomer Mike Thompson-Renzi. He will begin the evening with a slide show about the world above.
Plymouth is fortunate to have dark skies in the forest, perfect for spending the rest of the evening looking through telescopes at Jupiter and other various Messier objects. Take your telescope or share the Friends, and hope for a clear night. If weather doesn't cooperate, we will reschedule for a later date.
June is a great time of year to see the Milky Way. We hope to see you there!
