Affordable Housing Complex Parc at Medfield Breaks Ground
The affordable housing complex received approval late last year and received funding from the state.

The Parc at Medfield, a 92-unit affordable housing apartment complex, broke ground this week, according to local officials.
Specifically, the clearing of vegetation was slated to begin on Thursday, and erosion control measures were put in place, according to Medfield Selectmen Chair Osler “Pete” Peterson’s Medfield02052 blog.
The project received final approval in September 2013 and is sponsored by The Gatehouse Group. In November 2013, Gov. Deval Patrick announced that the state would provide more than $73 million for 1,100-plus affordable housing units across the state, including The Parc at Medfield.
