2 Michigan Men Charged With Theft In Milford
The pair of men were apprehended in the deep south of the U.S. after reportedly shoplifting from a Milford Target.

MILFORD, MA - A pair of men from Flint, MI, were charged with several larceny-related offenses after the Target at 250 Fortune Blvd. in Milford reported a high-dollar shoplifting incident.
According to a news release from the Milford Police Department (MFD) the two suspects caught on camera were tracked back to Michigan and are believed to be responsible for thousands of dollars in merchandise thefts across the country.
Michael Page, 21, and Jhlon Cabell, 18, reportedly stole roughly $6,000 from Target. Cabell and three others were apprehended by Louisiana State Police near Beaux Bridge, LA, on multiple drug charges. The vehicle they were in matched a 2024 rental caught on security camera during the Milford thefts.

"This case speaks to teamwork not just within our agency, but within the law enforcement community as a collective," said Milford Police Chief Robert Tusino.
Page and Cabell were both charged with shoplifting $250+ by asportation, larceny over $1,200 by false pretense, four counts of conspiracy, organized retail crime and attempted larceny. Page was also charged with two counts of contributing to delinquency of a child.
