
Our next CHNA 6 meeting will be this Friday, November 14, 2025, in person, at Memorial Hall at 9 am. Panera coffee, muffins, bagels and fruit will be provided! Join us as we create our Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). Our consulting group, Holleran, will lead us that day, beginning with a presentation of the 3 Priority Areas that we have selected with your input. After an explanation of how to develop the CHIP, we will form three groups. Each group will be assisted by a Steering Committee member and the Holleran team, who will take you through the process of developing an overarching goal, objectives, strategies, key partnerships and outcome measures. As we work on improving key CHNA 6 processes, we will incorporate key health and social issues including access and navigation of services, immigration, mental health and substance use, food insecurity, affordable housing, health insurance and transportation. This lively interaction is expected to generate important discussions which will help shape the purpose and work of CHNA 6 in the coming years.Below is a brief outline of what else will be discussed during the meeting:

Meeting location information:
- Where: Memorial Hall, 30 School St, Milford, MA 01757 (Room 3 - the GAR Hall upstairs)
- Parking: There is street parking in front of Memorial Hall and on Spruce St. but please do not park in the library parking lot (unless you need handicap accessibility) and not in front of Charlie's Market). There is also a public parking lot on Pine St.
- Handicap Accessibility: Please let us know by email by end of day, November 12th if you will need handicap accessibility for the meeting. We will coordinate with your directly for assistance.
