Milford Family & Community Network Spring Playgroup Registration

Our Playgroups are free and designed for children from birth to 5 years old, and their caregiver, to help families meet other families.
Registration for the Spring Session of the Playgroups in Milford and Hopedale will be taking place daily from Monday, December 15th through Thursday the 18th, 2025 from 9:00am to 1:30pm, at the MFCN CFCE Office (Located inside the Sacred Heart Parish). Then again from Monday, January 5th through Thursday the 8th, 2026. Lottery will take place on Tuesday, January 13th, and groups will begin on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026.
A drop-in registration for the Spring Session of the Playgroups in Bellingham will take place on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 12:30 to 2:00pm at the North Community Building in Bellingham, and spaces will be assigned through a lottery system. These groups are held two afternoons per week, either Tuesday or Thursday afternoon, from 12:30 to 2:00pm, beginning in January.
