Milford Installing New 4-Way Stop Sign East Of Downtown

The town is urging local drivers to take note of the new traffic arrangement.

MILFORD, MA — Milford drivers need to be on the lookout for a new traffic arrangement going into place this week.

On Monday, the Milford Highway Department will unveil a new four-way stop sign at Beaver Street, Maple Street and Casey Drive.

The new four-way stop will aim to slow traffic in an area south of Route 109 and east of downtown that has seen an influx of drivers in recent years due to the nearby Amazon facilities along National Street and Industrial Road.
