Milford Man Sentenced For Selling Firearms, Could Be Deported After Release
He sold 11 firearms to cooperating witnesses without a license, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

MILFORD, MA — A Brazilian national living in Milford was sentenced earlier this month for selling firearms and ammunition without a license, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Massachusetts.
Vanderson Rocha Oliveira, 31, was sentenced to three years in prison followed by two years of supervised release. Following his release, Rocha Oliveira is subject to deportation.
Between March and September of 2024, Rocha Oliveira sold 11 firearms to cooperating witnesses without a license, according to the USAO. Law enforcement also intercepted three more firearms, which were shipped from Florida and were supposed to be delivered by Rocha Oliveira.

In addition to firearms, he also sold ammunition and magazines, including some that were large-capacity magazines.
