Police Log: Bank Robbery, Assault with Dangerous Weapon Arrests

This is an excerpt from the Milton Police Log on Monday, June 10. Where arrests or charges are mentioned does not indicate a conviction.

The following information was provided by the Milton Police Department. 

  • At 1:34 a.m. Monday, a 911 caller reported an argument at a Whitelawn Avenue home. One adult male was arrested for assault and battery.
  • At 11:07 a.m. Monday, a 911 caller reported a red four-door Honda operating erratically on Eliot Street and High Street. An officer located the vehicle. One party was placed under arrest for OUI-drugs. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
  • At 1:48 p.m. Monday, a caller reported Citizens Bank on Granite Avenue was robbed. The suspect was described as a light skin, stalky Hispanic male about 25 years of age. The suspect was wearing a grey and black Red Sox hat and a grey sweatshirt. The suspect stated he had a gun, but no weapon was shown. 
  • At 4:11 p.m. Monday, a 911 caller reported a road rage incident on Adams Street. Two adult males were placed under arrest. One was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and malicious damage to property. The second male was charged with OUI-liquor, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, negligent operation and assault with a dangerous weapon. Both vehicles were towed.
