Police Log: Man in Closet, Property Damaged in Car Crash

The following information was provided by the Milton Police Department.
- At 12:26 a.m. Sunday, a 911 caller reported he returned home to find a male party in his closet. An officer reported the party in question was a friend of the caller's daughter, who was not supposed to be in the home. The party was gone on arrival.
- At 1:48 a.m. Sunday, an officer discovered a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle on Audubon Road. The vehicle was rummaged through, but nothing appeared to be missing.
- At 2:17 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported he found mace while digging in his Centre Street backyard. The item was turned in to police.
- At 3:40 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a past breaking and entering to two motor vehicles on West Side Road. The crime occurred overnight.
- At 9:03 p.m. Sunday, a 911 caller reported a hit and run accident on Blue Hill Avenue and Blue Hill Terrace Street. A white vehicle knocked over a street sign, damaged a stone wall and left the scene. The vehicle was located, unoccupied, on Warren Avenue.
