Police Log: Teen Kicks Patrolman, Officers Search for Boston Gunman

This is an excerpt from the Milton Police Log on Friday, June 28. Where arrests or charges are mentioned does not indicate a conviction.

The following information was provided by the Milton Police Department.

  • At 12:55 a.m. Friday, the Boston Police Department requested assistance locating an individual on Brush Hill Road wanted for an assault by means of a handgun in their city. While Milton officers were investigating, BPD located the subject in Boston.
  • At 6:42 a.m. Friday, a 911 caller reported a hit and run accident on Brook Road. The victim's vehicle was struck by a brown, older model Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Planet Fitness decal. The suspect vehicle was last seen traveling north on Brook Road.
  • At 7:25 a.m. Friday, a caller from Churchill Street reported a breaking and entering to two motor vehicles.
  • At 1:02 p.m. Friday, a residential burglar alarm was received on Adams Street. An officer reported an attempted break.
  • At 11:04 p.m. Friday, a 911 caller reported two girls who appeared to be fighting on Brush Hill Road. An officer located the parties and reported a verbal dispute between friends. One 17 year old female was placed into protective custody. Prior to booking, she became combative, kicked an officer and threatened to kill herself. She was transported by Fallon to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton.  She will be summonsed to Quincy District Court for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, shod foot. Shod foot references a foot with a shoe on.
