What's Open (or Not) on President's Day?

President's Day will be observed on Monday, February 18, 2013.

Today, the United States will celebrate Presidents’ Day. This federal holiday, now observed on the third Monday in February, was initially established to celebrate George Washington’s birthday, which is February 22. It eventually expanded to celebrate Abraham Lincoln, who was born on February 12, but now recognizes all U.S. Presidents.
