Meaningful Connections Memory Cafe

Our memory cafe is a welcoming and supportive gathering for individuals with memory loss and their care partners. Join us for companionship, entertainment, resources and this month we are joined by Steve Rudolph who will be playing hits of the 40's, 50's and 60's. After the performance we will have a light lunch.
