The family of ducks got trapped in a storm drain Monday, until the city's Department of Public Works survey crew found them. The workers removed the heavy drain grates using pick axes and then got on their knees to fish the little feathered family out. "Thanks to our Survey Crew for rescuing a mother duck and her nine ducklings!" DPW tweeted.
