Jan. 22

4:54 p.m.: Deceased dog in the woods, West Main Street

4:56 p.m.: Two car MVA, Belmont Street

Jan. 23

7:36 p.m.: Desiree N. Kelly, 25, Summit Street, Framingham, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation over $100, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, reckless endangerment of a child

7:50 p.m.: Police responded to a call on Belmont Street. Nicholas Trancrede, 23, Merriam Way, Upton, was arrested and charged with soliciting for prostitution

6:02 p.m.: Hector Miguel Cruz, 22, Brigata Way, Oceoee, FL, was arrested and charged with soliciting for prostitute
