2 Drunk Driving Arrests, Home Invasion: Northborough Police Log

NORTHBOROUGH, MA—The following are excerpts from the Northborough police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

July 6

7:25 a.m.: Vehicle pursuit heading east on Main Street, with Marlborough PD advised, after break in on Milk Porridge Circle. Vehicle located abandoned at Hayes Memorial Drive in Marlborough, with suspects on foot. K9 requested.

7:33 a.m.: Anthony L. Davidson, 33, Plymouth Street, Holbrook, was arrested and charged with home invasion, assault with a dangerous weapon, larceny from a building, larceny under $1,200, defacing property, assault in a dwelling-armed, carrying a firearm without a license, breaking and entering for felony and putting person in fear. Jonathan James Kitchen, 33, Boylston Street, Boston, was arrested and charged with home invasion, assault with a dangerous weapon, breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony and putting person in fear, larceny from a building, larceny under $1,200, defacing property, assault in a dwelling-armed, carrying a firearm without a license, unlicensed operation of a vehicle, failing to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in a violation special regulation zone, marked lanes violation, passing violation, OUI drugs, failing to stop or yield.

July 8

2:25 a.m.: Car pulled over on Maple Street. Megan Isabel Staples, 44, Ridge Road, Northborough, was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI liquor, marked lanes violation

6:38 a.m.: Report of deceased animal near the trail, West Main Street

10:47 a.m.: Deer struck, Davis Street. Animal put down.

11:01 a.m.: Third party calling saying bicyclist struck by vehicle, West Main Street

4:40 p.m.: Car pulled over on Brewer Street. Joanne Jonaitis, 60, Howard Street, Northborough, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, alcohol from open container in MV

7:26 p.m.: Outside fire, Hamilton Road
