The Algonquin Regional High School golf team placed second at the Fall 2013Â Division 1 Central Mass. Qualifying Tournament, held Tuesday at the Juniper Hills Golf Course, according to the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association website.
The Tomahawks' final score was 308. St. John's was the champion, with a score of 285. Wachusett was third, with a score of 311.
Algonquin's scores were: Connor Henderson, 73; Matt Budz, 76; Andrew Warfield, 79; Mike Nicolo, 80; Tyler Hatton, 82; and Matt O'Donnell, 83.
