7:07 a.m.: Report of stolen jewelry, Fay Lane

7:05 a.m.: Report of small bear in area, Crawford Street

10:11 a.m.: 80MY19/MA caller concerned about dog in vehicle. Unable to locate owner. Temp is in the 50s and dog is not in distress, Shops Way

1:34 p.m.: Caller stating possible small bear trying to cross the road. Area checked. West Main Street

1:50 p.m.: Sighting of earlier bear, South Street

May 12

8:55 a.m.: Party with questions about possible phone scam, Main Street

May 13

2:12 p.m.: Female patron causing a disturbance / parties asked to leave, Blake Street

6:08 p.m.: Car pulled over on Southwest Cutoff. Paul Vincent Burdulis, 48, Shrewsbury Street, Boylston, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle marked lanes violation
