Both businesses filed incorporation papers.

The Worcester Business Journal reported that two Northborough businesses filed incorporation papers with the state's Secretary of State's office.

La Ruche Salon and Spa Inc. is located at 10 Southwest Cutoff and Nicky D's Donuts is located at 253 West Main St.
