The Digital Wellness Lab is a non-profit research center dedicated to understanding and promoting healthy digital media experiences for young people, from birth through young adulthood. Their research explores how engagement with digital ecosystems impacts mental, social, and emotional health. The Lab works to identify ways to reduce risks, eliminate harm, and elevate positive digital experiences to support better long-term mental health outcomes.
