Man Found Not Guilty Of Exposing Himself To Girls At TeamWorks

The Leicester man was found not guilty by a six-person jury in Worcester.

NORTHBOROUGH, MAβ€”A man accused of exposing himself at a Northborough athletic facility was found not guilty on Friday.

George Matthew Fournier, 38, of Leicester, was found not guilty by a six-person jury in Worcester District Court, reports Wicked Local Northborough. The trial lasted two days.

Fournier was accused in April of 2017 of exposing himself to young girls at TeamWorks on Otis Street, where it was alleged that he did this once while entering the men's room and again as he exited. According to a report, when police arrived, a group of parents had the man "cornered" and wouldn't let him leave.

Parents detained Fournier and the girls gave statements and Fournier was charged with two counts of open and gross lewdness.

One young girl told police that while she and two of her friends played soccer, Fournier stood near one of the fields and "watched them." The girl told police that as Fournier walked toward them, he lifted his shirt and scratched his stomach, and his penis was exposed. He then walked into the men's room, and came back out, exposing himself again. The girls told police that his penis was sticking over the top of his pants, "just hanging there."
