Monday Essentials: Learn About the Grange This Weekend

It's Monday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Northborough to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. Learn about the Northborough Grange.

The grange holds an information meeting at 10 a.m. Saturday at the First Parish Church.

2. Hear the latest on the Lincoln Street Elementary School project.

An update is on the agenda for Wednesday's Northborough School Committee meeting, which starts at 7 p.m. in the Melican Middle School library.

3. Support bullying awareness.

Northborough Stands Together Against Bullying's Bullying Awareness 5K Run/Walk is at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Melican Middle School.

4. Attend the Blessing of the Pets.

The Church of the Nativity will host a half-hour service to bless pets of all varieties at 6:30 p.m. Sunday.

5. Root for the Tomahawks.
