5:31 p.m.: Dispute over delivery of vehicle / advised civil matter, Otis Street

1:02 a.m.: Male party received a text from his son who believes he has been catfished and is in danger. All parties left prior to officer's arrival. Belmont Street

1:39 a.m.: Car pulled over on Boston Turnpike Road. Carlos Raul Hernandez, 21, Country Club Boulevard, Worcester, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of MV, negligent operation of motor vehicle, OUI drugs

4:39 a.m.: The caller believed her neighbor had placed a strobe light facing her property. Upon officer's inspection the light turned out to be loose. Harris Ave.
