Today, we answer this question: "When does Northborough's winter parking ban start?"
On Dec. 1, according to the town's website.
The ban is a Northborough bylaw that reads, "No person shall park a vehicle on either side of any street in the Town of Northborough between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m., effective from the period December 1 through March 31."
