The <a href="https://www.facebook.com/NorthReadingPD?ref=stream&amp;hc_location=stream" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">North Reading Police Department</a>'s Facebook page has issued a Citizen Alert for ACS Services Fundraising. "We have received information from the North Reading Fire Department that a company called ACS Services is soliciting funds through a company called Firefighters Support Services allegedly to raise money for fire education in schools. NRFD personnel have spoken to the State Fire Marshall in regards to this charity and they could not as of yet identify ACS as a legitimate charity. As of now it is believed that they are an out of state company. Also the company has no affiliation with NRPD, NRFD School Education Programs or with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts," NRPD said on their Facebook page.
