High School Construction Project Road Restriction and Closure Alert

Starting April 11, 2013 and continuing through Sunday, April 28, 2013, there will be restricted access to the main parking lot (adjacent to the main office) at North Reading High School via Park Street (Route 62). During school hours, access to and from the main parking lot during will be available via Dodge Road (off of Oakdale Road).

The reason for this restricted access is to accommodate some preliminary work needed for the installation of the new water drainage system that will service the new middle/high school. This work is being done at this scheduled time to take advantage of the minimal number of cars needed to utilize the main parking lot during the April school vacation week (April 15 through April 19).

Also, please note that during the April school vacation week, there will be no vehicle access to the main parking lot of the high school. This area will be completely off limits to all vehicles during the April school vacation week so that work related to the installation of the water drainage system can be completed. Anyone needing to access the high school during the April school vacation week may park in the parking lot adjacent to the gymnasium. 

A Police Officer will be stationed at Oakdale Road and Dodge Road during this construction.
