Blood Drive and More in Five Things

Today is Thursday, May 23. Here are five things to know today:

1. Weather. The temperature will reach 74 degrees today with a low of 57. Expect partly cloudy skies and a chance of rain. 

2. Red Cross blood drive. Stop by the North Reading Moose Lodge at 2 p.m. to donate blood. Call the Red Cross at 1-800-733-2767 or visit their website to schedule your appointment. 

3. North Reading ZBA. The ZBA will meet at North Reading Town Hall at 7 p.m. Public hearings start at 7:30 p.m.  

4. Create and Taste Workshop. The The Wine Bunker is holding a create and taste workshop. Create art and drink wine at the same time. The workshop fee is $30 per person, all supplies included.

5. Stump trivia. Play a game of Stump Trivia at the Great American Tavern at 8 p.m.
