Fit Revolution, a spinning studio located within the RAMS Athletic Complex, is expanding. The renovations should be complete early next month.
One the work is complete, there will be two new studios, functional training space, new classes and an expanded schedule, according to Owner Michelle O'Connor.
"I opened Fit Revolution a year ago with the hopes of creating a fitness facility that provided our community with access to some of the best fitness classes in the area and was welcoming to everyone," she said. "It has been an amazing year and due to the positive response from the community, our members and our amazing instructors, I am now able to expand the facility so we can now offer more fitness options to everyone."

With the expansion, the spinning room will double in size and there will be a new group fitness studio for kickboxing, pilates, insanity, tabata, P90x, fit cross/boot camp and body pump classes, according to O'Connor. Scheduling will be expanding as well, and weekend and evening classes will be offered.
"One of the things I am most excited about with the expansion is our new Fit Gym. This is an independent workout area that will have treadmills, free weights, medicine balls, kettle bells and so much more. This is something our members were requesting and we are so happy to be able to provide these fitness options for them. We will provide a workout of the day and the Fit Gym will be available to our monthly members, every morning and evening when classes are being held at no additional cost," O'Connor said.

"I want to thank the community so much for their support this last year. We will be hosting an Open House in October so everyone can see the new Fit Revolution and find out how Fit Revolution can help you reach your fitness goals and continue your healthy life styles," she said.
