The ZBA will meet at North Reading Town Hall at 7 p.m. A home occupation, special permit hearing for 164 North St. is on the agenda. 3. Dancing Flute. Flutist, <a href="http://www.judybraude.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Judy Braude</a>, will present an interactive children's program on the composer, Handel at the library at 11 a.m. Kids will learn about baroque flutes; dances such as the Minuet and Gavotte; and beats, rhythm and meter in baroque music.  4.
