A North Reading man suffered a "serious leg injury" in a car crash in Hartford this weekend, per reports.

A North Reading man suffered a “serious leg injury” in a car crash in Hartford this weekend, according to a published report.

Around 10 p.m. on Saturday, June 20, Thomas Hinman, 23, of North Reading, was driving a 1999 Ducati Monster motorcycle on Albany Avenue in Hartford when he and Richard Casiello, driving a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt, collided, according to a report from WFSB-Hartford.

Hinman was traveling westbound and Casiello was traveling eastbound. Police are trying to determine which vehicle crossed the double yellow line, the report said.

Hinman suffered a “serious leg injury” and scrapes in the crash and was rushed to a nearby hospital. His injuries are non-life-threatening, according to the report.
