North Reading Center Home is up for Auction
The auction bidding starts at $70,000. There will be two open houses at the Haverhill Street home this weekend.
The home at 125 Haverhill St., will be up for auction on Nov. 15.
The home, which once belonged to the late William Ryer, was put on the market last year and the price dropped to $189,900 in September.
Now, the house is being put up for auction on auction.com. The starting bid is $70,000.

The single-family home was built in 1897 and sits on 2.8 acres of land, according to its Zillow listing.
An earlier listing noted that the home is 1,212 square feet and has three bedrooms and one bathroom. That earlier listing also said the home needed updating.

There are open houses planned from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8 and Sunday, Nov. 9.
