North Reading Home Sales Jump in January

North Reading saw an increase in home sales from January in 2012 to January in 2013, according to the latest figures from The Warren Group.

In North Reading, 12 single-family homes were sold in January of this year, which is a 500 percent increase over January in 2012, when only two homes were sold. 

The median sale price of a single-family home in January of 2013 in North Reading was $347,950.

Condo Sales Up in North Reading

North Reading condo sales increased as well in January this year. Three condos were sold in January of 2013, which is a 50 percent increase over January in 2012 when only two condos were sold.  

The median sale price of a condo in North Reading in January this year was $169,000.
