North Reading Natives Earn Honors at Respective Universities

A number of North Reading natives were recently recognized for their efforts in the classroom by being named to the Dean’s List at their respective universities.

The students from North Reading received the honors from the University of New Haven, in New Haven, Connecticut, and Western New England University, in Springfield.

Lauren Hebert was named to the Dean’s List at the University of New Haven for the Spring 2015 semester, according to the university. Full-time undergraduate students must have a grade point average (GPA) of 3.50 or higher for the semester to be eligible for the Dean’s List at UNH.

Additionally, Jessica L. Gonzalez and Steven J. Dixon have been named to Dean’s List at Western New England University for the spring semester of 2015, the university said. Students are named to the Dean’s List for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.30 or higher.

Dixon also graduated from Western New England at the university’s commencement ceremony on May 16.
