North Reading Police Make Five Drug Arrests
Police also found "thousands of dollars in cash and a large quality of illegal drugs" at a North Reading residence.

North Reading Police have made five drug arrests over the past week after “aggressive drug investigations.”
Police said the investigation involved a Poplar Terrace apartment where they found “thousands of dollars in cash and a large quality of illegal drugs,” said police.

Michael Galvin, 30, of North Reading, was arrested on Thursday April 2 and charged with Possession of a Class A Substance (Heroin) Subsequent offence.
Joseph Provenzano, 30, of North Reading, was arrested on Monday April 6 and charged with Distribution of a Class D Substance, Possession with intent to Distribute a Class D Substance and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws.

Kyle McNeil, 29, of North Reading, was arrested on Monday April 6 and charged with Possession with intent to Distribute a Class B Substance, Possession of a Class B Substance, Possession with intent to Distribute a Class D Substance (Two Counts), Possession with intent to Distribute a Class C Substance (Two Counts), Possession of a Class C Substance (Two Counts), Distribution of a Class D Substance and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws.
Provenzano and McNeil shared the apartment on Poplar Terrace.
North Reading Police said they also made the following drug-related arrests this week:
On Monday April 6, Juan Carlos Marrero, 30, of Lawrence, was charged with Possession with intent to Distribute a Class A Substance (Heroin) and Possession with intent to Distribute a Class B Substance (Cocaine).
Daniel Mahoney, 29, of Quincy, was arrested on Tuesday April 7 and charged with Possession of Class A Substance (Heroin) and Possession of a Class E Substance.
